When I work with a client I try and meet them where they are on their own journey. Each client is at a different place in the journey and need some support in order to reach the goal that they want to achieve. I specialize in working with individuals that have past trauma, depression, anxiety, building self-esteem, and communication skills. I have experience with couples and family issues with improving the relationship by meeting both partners where they are in that point. I work with individuals 5-46 years old.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focus Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution Focus Therapy, and utilize play therapy and Certified Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional (CATP), I also use mindfulness activities in order to help a client.
