FOR DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, RELATIONSHIPS, ADDICTION, TRAUMA: I blend psychology and spirituality to treat uncomfortable emotions, relationship issues, feelings of isolation, the monkey mind of the ego, as well as heavy, stuck energy that needs releasing. Psychodynamic therapy, guided meditation, and shamanic modes of healing can help shift the way you think and feel. As Einstein put it: "No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it." Using an integrative approach we will connect with your higher self and beyond to experience real transformation and change of consciousness.
Sessions are held at the historic Hartman House just off Main Street in Ventura.
In session you can take time to let your soul catch up with you--share what's on your mind, organize your thoughts, and listen to yourself. This is a gift you give yourself, stepping out of the demanding pace of our culture to turn inward. We will then combine insight-oriented therapy with energetic and expressive methods to access your inner therapist.
I treat individual adults 18 and older and offer day, evening and weekend hours. My approach is individualized; we can have an initial consult to discuss your needs. Sessions are confidential and diversity honored. Ask about the reduced fee ($75) for the first session. I prefer in-office, will occasionally do a phone session. Let's start with a text or email
