Living with Chronic Pain: Getting Through Together
Living with pain is hard, emotionally, physically, and mentally, for those who suffer. This group will offer hope to those who deal with the effects of chronic pain. The group will be a safe place where you can find emotional support, be provided with coping strategies to address emotions, and above all, be with others who have a shared understanding of what it is like to deal with chronic pain and the challenges that go along with it. This group will run through a virtual platform.
Coping with an Eating Disorder in the Family
This group will enable loved ones of those with an ED to have a safe space to speak, learn and process emotions. You can arm yourself with tools to help your loved ones in recovery while focusing on self-care for you. We will discuss educational tips, advice to enhance the knowledge/understanding of ED's. It will be helpful to be surrounded by people who not only understand but also can provide comfort and advice, finding solace in expressing your feelings and learning ways to cope with issues that arise during a loved one’s battle. This group will run through a virtual platform.
