I help clients manage anxiety, ADHD, depression, and life stress using supportive, practical approaches such as CBT, psychodynamic insight, and solution-focused therapy. Sessions are collaborative and client-guided so we can focus on what matters most to you while building coping skills, emotional awareness, and confidence.
