I work with adults and teens recovering from trauma/PTSD/CPTSD, family of origin concerns, anxiety, depression, addictions, low self worth, & identity concerns. I am also a Certified Trauma Professional, trained in EMDR and DBT to treat trauma and improve coping skills, and use a Person-Centered, cognitive, strengths-based and culturally-inclusive approach.
My aim is to help you understand and regulate your emotions, improve your thoughts patterns, core beliefs, and personal strengths, and find safety and soothing during times of distress.
