I have over 15 years of experience specializing in the treatment of trauma, substance abuse, eating disorders, anxiety and depression. I primarily utilize DBT and ACT, and am EMDR and IFS trained and versed in somatic therapies, including yoga for trauma and 12-step recovery. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples and families.
