Through deep awareness, compassion, and commitment to those with whom I work, my approach to therapy is creative, collaborative, and integrative, allowing a client-centered style with therapeutic interventions uniquely crafted to suit each individual. Through a warm and open presence, I create a safe and caring environment helping clients feel comfortable, connected, and understood. This fosters a true relationship between the client and the self, a key empowering component in helping clients connect more deeply with themselves and others.
By blending the ancient wisdom of traditional Eastern thought such as yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, and energy healing, with modern Western scientific theory such as Jungian dreamwork, I offer a holistic mindfulness approach to therapy and healing. Look for my interview in the documentary series Between Two Worlds: Unveiling the Hidden Realm of Dreams, 2026.
Clients who have worked with me leave feeling more aligned with their journey and engaged with their inner wisdom. HSPs (Highly Sensitive People), those who identify as neurodivergent, and artists of all kinds flock to me for help enhancing their creative/intuitive voices, and making sense of their inner worlds. If this work speaks to you, please contact me.
