I'm so glad you're here! I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore life’s challenges, deepen self-understanding, and move toward greater wholeness. I support individuals navigating trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, and a variety of life transitions. With a background in postpartum doula work, I’m especially interested in working with perinatal and postpartum women and couples, as well as navigating the dynamics of family life.
My approach is holistic and integrative, drawing from mindfulness practices, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and expressive therapies. I believe in honoring the beautiful complexity of each individual. I also have an active sense of humor which I occasionally bring to sessions.

Outside of therapy I enjoy hiking, puttering around in my garden, and spending quality time with friends and family!
