About
I have been a practicing psychologist for the past 25 years. I work with children and adults and believe that a supportive, caring, comfortable relationship with my patients is essential to the therapeutic process.
My approach to treatment is cognitive behavioral, which means I believe that our thoughts and the ways in which we view our environment and our relationships play a central role in how we feel and behave. I see psychotherapy as a process which teaches us to examine and modify our thoughts to help us view life situations in a more rational and positive way.
