The spectrum of trauma affects everyone, but some are more vulnerable to its negative consequences and can leave one struggling with life. Trauma changes the nervous system and brain and I believe the treatment needs to be "more than talk therapy" to alleviate symptoms such as anxiety, depression, addiction. My experiential therapeutic approach combines EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), Equine-Assisted Therapy, and talk therapy that provides clients a mind and body experience proven very effective. I have worked all over the world, seeing over 300 clients and have seen significant results in a short time.

I have a unique approach to treating trauma that is rarely offered because of my skills and experience of being a licensed therapist, EMDR certified, and certification in Trauma-Focused Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (TF-EAP). I provide a safe space for clients to overcome their fears and to process traumatic events in a remarkable way.

I have been described as a trustworthy, compassionate and calm therapist. I approach each client with respect and kindness. My desire is to help clients open the door to their deepest wounds for healing in a profound, caring and authentic way.
