I blend somatic therapy, talk therapy, & mindfulness to help my clients connect to themselves more deeply and move toward a place of healing, self-compassion, and increased confidence.
I have experience supporting a wide variety of clients, but as a queer person, I am passionate about working with other LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples/relationships.
