I am passionate about helping clients grow in self-awareness, courage, and self-compassion.

Wherever you are in your journey, I will offer a calm, supportive space where you can speak freely and feel truly heard. I draw from evidence-based approaches and elements of systemic therapy to guide my clients towards growth and healing.
