I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 8 years of experience in the mental health field, and I am passionate about helping adolescents and adults address mental health challenges and improve their quality of life. I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and major life transitions. I completed my Master of Counseling Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, Illinois. My professional experience in community mental health has allowed me to provide guidance and support to diverse populations facing a variety of mental health issues.
I am a person-centered therapist who utilizes a variety of counseling approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and motivational interviewing.
