I utilize an eclectic approach including Person-centered therapy, Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) as well as play and expressive arts therapies to name a few. I am also a Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) practitioner which is an evidence based, attachment focused, trauma informed model for children and families.
