Are you struggling to overcome emotional pain, heal from past hurt or trauma, get “un-stuck”, and create positive changes? I understand what it feels like to feel stuck, to want something different, to know that what you are doing isn’t working and that there is a better way but being unable to let go of unhelpful habits, patterns, social constructs, and/or relationships that are keeping us there. Change is possible and is most possible when one decides they just can’t keep living this way anymore and something must give.
My style is creative, positive and nurturing. I utilize a trauma-informed, holistic approach and design customized, adaptive treatment plans. My specialties are sexuality, sex abuse, trauma, body image, disordered eating, life transitions, relationships and intensive child/family therapy. The space offers comfort, art supplies, somatic & play therapy tools.
These last couple of years have been extra difficult for most of us and have taken a toll on mental health. I’m here to offer a safe space for healing, to listen, and to provide honest insight and feedback. In therapy we can work together to overcome past hurts and current challenges, create positive change and sustainable forward movement in your life.
