Accepting New Clients Spring/Summer 2026! - Hello! Are you a student, professional, or parent, looking for some support? I work with adults and children, and can help with the stressors of daily life as well as anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, and phobias. I enjoy working with people from all backgrounds, and have helped numerous adults and families to heal, reduce symptoms, and essentially lead a more fulfilling life. My approach is very individualized, and I tend to put clients at ease right from the start, so feel free to reach out!
I can offer ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), an eye movement therapy that helps people find relief from distress in a short matter of time. ART is suitable for adults and older children. I am also a Registered Play Therapist, and am skilled at helping children and caregivers navigate really challenging situations - in fun, engaging, and effective ways!
Life can be really hard sometimes! I absolutely love what I do, and would be happy to help support YOU or your CHILD/FAMILY on YOUR journey of getting to where you want to be. I look forward to hearing from you!
