FIND THE CALM IN YOUR STORM-Mind Body Intelligence® Learn how to use mindfulness meditation and compassion to relieve stress and anxiety. Participants report feeling happier and healthier. Meditation, Qigong and Gratefulness practices reduce suffering and provide new insights into our lives. Fridays from 11 to Noon: 9/22 through 10/27/23 (6 weeks). Online class.

MOVING THROUGH SADNESS and DEPRESSION: ASPIRING to a JOYFUL LIFE, for Graduates of Mind Body Intelligence Level 1 and experienced meditators. The Mind Body Intelligence training group is a workshop that teaches stress management and meditation by integrating Eastern and Western psychologies. We will continue to learn to deepen Meditation, Yoga and Qigong practices, and to develop ways of thinking that cause less stress and suffering.
