Are you a person in pursuit to gain a deeper understanding of yourself in order to improve your quality of life? I enjoy working with adults who seek to deeper exploration of themselves and wish to gain increased self awareness. I also enjoy treating other clinicians. Feel free to call, text, or email with any scheduling or general questions.

I use a psychodynamic approach to treatment with patients. I have completed training at the Cincinnati Psychoanalytic Institute with hopes to further my training in analysis. I offer in person and telehealth sessions in Lexington, KY as well as telehealth sessions to clients located in New York, NY.

In my current role, I help adults struggling with mental health issues break down barriers so they can start living the life they want. I offer couple and individual therapy.
