Hi there! I specialize in supporting folks with relational/attachment trauma, C-PTSD, PTSD, anxiety, and feelings of not-good-enough. We'll take a deep, compassionate look at the wounds that are keeping you stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, avoidance, and/or codependence. We'll manage symptoms to help you feel better and heal the roots of unhelpful beliefs so you can thrive. I am a caring, compassionate, curious, and engaged therapist. We'll identify thought and behavior patterns that aren’t serving you and explore strategies for growth with small experiments: changing thoughts and actions. I've worked with clients from age 5 to 85 in a variety of settings, and have been practicing social work since 2012.
