Hi there! I specialize in supporting folks with relational/attachment trauma, C-PTSD, PTSD, anxiety, and feelings of not-good-enough in any area of life. We'll take a deep compassionate look at the wounds that are keeping you stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, avoidance, and/or codependence. We'll manage symptoms to help you feel better and heal the roots of unhealthy self-beliefs so you can thrive, not just survive. I help folks have healthier relationships with self, others, and the collective. LGBTQ+-friendly. Sex-positive. Kink & poly affirming. Anti-oppressive. I have immediate openings!
I am a caring, compassionate, curious, and engaged therapist. Through a nonjudgmental healing relationship, we'll identify thought and behavior patterns that aren’t serving you and gently explore strategies for growth. I’ll share relevant research, brain science and healing experiences and practices to support your goals. I'm trained in EMDR.
I've worked with clients from age 5 to 85 in a variety of settings, and have been practicing social work since 2012. If you are ready to move beyond symptom management and barely getting by to deep, nourishing healing at the core of your wounds or your work with other therapists has been unsuccessful, we would likely work well together. I'd love to meet you!

Trump Trauma Resourcing Group

Donald Trump’s administration is creating conditions of fear, overwhelm, and confusion, AKA the ideal conditions for folks to be traumatized. We reduce our chances of becoming traumatized when we access our internal and external resources. We’ll focus on practical strategies and information to stay grounded, connect with internal and external resources, find a sense of safety, regulate our nervous systems, and connect with self and others. We will explore: deep breathing, body-awareness exercises, journaling, mindfulness, guided meditation, and optional sharing. Anti-oppressive. All are welcome. Pay-What-You-Can, no one turned away for lack of funds.
