Ellen is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) as well as a trained Perinatal Therapist. The perinatal population includes but is not limited to: people on their journey to becoming a parent, pregnancy, and postpartum.
She helps clients heal from the grief/loss associated with becoming a parent and losing a child, heal from their traumatic birth experiences, adjust to their new life as a parent, adjust to having multiple children, and strengthens relationships within the family system so they can feel more successful in the parenting role.
