My method of practice is supportive and goal oriented. I use a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and supportive psychodynamic therapies. I focus on thoughts, emotions and behaviors causing you discontent. With my support I will help you identify your goal for living as you develop the tools for the life you deserve.
