If you're navigating intimacy struggles, a strained marriage, or the weight of past trauma, I help you do focused, goal-oriented work — not "forever therapy." I'm Ellen, an LPC specializing in sex therapy, anxiety, work stress, familial relationship stress, couples counseling, and trauma treatment with EMDR. My clients are individuals and couples who want to feel closer, calmer, and more themselves again. Together we build real tools you can use between sessions, so therapy has momentum instead of dragging on for years. I'd love to offer you a free consultation to see if we're the right fit.
In couples work I use the Gottman Method and EFT to rebuild trust, communication, and intimacy. For trauma, I offer EMDR and other trauma-informed methods of talk therapy to help my clients heal. My sex therapy work helps individuals and partners talk openly about desire and connection without shame. I tailor every approach to you.
