I also specialize in healing the trauma of equestrian accidents.
I utilize the neuro-behavioral therapies of EMDR and Brainspotting extensively because they recruit the self-healing capacity of your heart/mind to transform your unhelpful story to a more adaptive, flexible, and enriching one. Therapy is accelerated with these modalities. And, we talk as well in order to help you integrate the changes you are making.
