With over 5 years of experience working with diverse populations, including immigrant and refugee youth, I have developed a deep understanding of how trauma and mental health can be shaped by cultural factors. This allows me to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds in a way that feels respectful and empowering.
Treatment is not a "one-size-fits-all" approach; I empower individuals to heal and build resilience through a strengths-centered, evidence-based approach. Specializing in trauma, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and personality disorders, I create a compassionate, non-judgmental space for clients—especially those hesitant to seek treatment.
