I work with couples together and individually exploring the original issues which were carried into the relationship. We trace the relationship’s history and its' roadblocks, and teach couples to communicate in a way that is heard and respected while working through difficult challenges in the relationship. My goal?...A happy couple!!
My other specialties include working with those suffering with depression and anxiety, life transitions, and those suffering with grief. My extensive history with patients dealing with eating disorders involves offering a variety of tools/modalities to enhance our work while also offering family guidance and support.
