I specialize in developing confidence and self-assurance. Feeling uncertain about who you are or where your life is headed is exhausting. Everyday life can feel overwhelming and difficult to navigate. Anxiety, self-doubt, and inner conflict make it hard to trust yourself or know what helps. In therapy, we create space to untangle these experiences, understand what drives them, and build clarity, confidence, and ease in how you live.
One of our first tasks will be noticing how your thoughts influence your feelings and actions. Many of my clients share they feel more empowered as they more clearly see patterns that kept them stuck. Over time, we build self-trust and skills to manage emotions, navigate relationships, and act in ways that feel authentic and purposeful.
