I believe that it is a radical act to feel whole and centered in oneself while living an authentic life. I support teens while they explore who they are as an individual and as part of a community, learn to overcome challenges, and build emotional strength. The process of therapy helps adolescents connect with their inner voice; resist negative outside influences; build and maintain positive relationships; and develop into the grounded, confident, and resilient person they were always meant to be.

I specialize in complex PTSD, life transitions, phase-of-life issues, and self-actualization, providing a compassionate space for deep self-understanding and healing. My approach is based on teamwork. Together, we will uncover unconscious patterns, bring them into conscious awareness, and create room for small, intentional, but impactful changes.
