As a seasoned psychotherapist with over a decade of experience treating adults and teens, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients. I bring an engaged, curious, and direct approach, along with warmth and a sense of humor. I support individuals navigating conflicts with family, friends, or work, and help those seeking deeper self-understanding while healing from trauma. With advanced training in EMDR and parts work/Internal Family Systems (IFS), I offer gentle, evidence-based care for trauma recovery and PTSD. My practice is neurodiversity-affirming and fat-positive.

Along with EMDR, I use inner child work and mindfulness in my practice to help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and express needs. I work with LGBTQIA+ folks and have a special interest in working with survivors of homophobia, harassment, and defamation. I have extensive experience working with domestic violence and sexual assault survivors.
