I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor offering compassionate, trauma-informed care to adults. My goal is to support you on your journey toward healing, self-discovery, and lasting well-being.
I currently offer sessions between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday with the latest appointment time starting at 3:30 PM. These hours support my ability to provide focused, consistent care to each of my clients.
Since 2008, I’ve worked in nonprofit and clinic-based settings, helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with resilience and strength. I specialize in helping clients manage emotional pain, build confidence and self-worth, and develop healthy coping strategies in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.
