Most people call me Elle. My approach is eclectic as I utilize multiple approaches based on my client's individual needs. I prefer to work with adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma. addiction or relational issues primarily. LCSW. I utilize a variety of approaches based on client needs and every one is unique. Some of those include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic approaches, trauma-focused approaches, Jungian analysis, motivational interviewing, Gestalt, CPT, Inner Child work, and various approaches to addiction issues. I strive to assist my clients find their individual truth.
I can work with any client but most of my experience is with adults of any race, sexual orientation, or spiritual beliefs. Depression, anxiety, stress, life stages, grief/loss, trauma, addiction, and relationship problems.
I was drawn to therapy due to my own family dynamics as a child and the problems I experienced going forward in my life. I wanted to understand why people behave in certain ways and psychology simply fascinated me so I became a therapist and it's been a great ride.
