This group is for people who have been working on their interpersonal issues in individual therapy and are now ready to explore their interpersonal dynamics in real-time with a group. Members build connections and trust with other group members while also offering and receiving feedback on how they perceive or are perceived by others. Potential members start in individual therapy with me before joining group. Members may also be referred by their current or recent individual therapist.
