You are seeking therapy because it is time to make a change. Maybe you know exactly what you want to change, and maybe you're still figuring that out, but something about your current experience needs to shift before you can move toward the life you want. As an integrative psychologist, I love helping individuals and couples uncover what is most important to them, as well as what is getting in the way, so that they can begin to live with a greater sense of purpose, connection, and well-being. I would love to help you do the same.
I consider the whole person--mind, body, and spirit. Focusing on your strengths, we will explore the patterns that have brought you to where you are today, as well as discuss behavioral changes you can make to struggle less and to create a richer and more fulfilling life.
In addition to listening and offering empathy, I actively collaborate with you to solve problems. I enjoy using mindfulness and self-compassion, as well as insight oriented exploration to help you better navigate your life and relationships. I also enjoy helping couples better understand and connect with each other. I look forward to working with you!
