With a Ph.D. in Counseling and advanced certification in perinatal mental health, my woman-centered services address challenges such as prenatal/postpartum adjustment, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, birth trauma, perinatal loss, grief, women's reproductive mental health, PMDD, depression, anxiety, OCD, stress, burnout, self-esteem, perfectionism, parenting, relationship issues, and life changes.

Specializing in women's and maternal mental health, I address diverse challenges across life stages. My personalized and compassionate interventions aim to promote whole wellness.
