Stress Less Group (ongoing)
This group is a practice and process group held via ZOOM. I will lead you in gentle movement and guided meditation experiences. Additionally, I will teach and provide guided practice of breathing and other techniques that supply mental and physical health benefits with a focus on mindfulness. Discussion is encouraged regarding various presented topics and homework practices. Emphasis will be on strengthening one's dedication to self-care and self-healing. These group experiences will give members an opportunity to see the possibilities of positive change. No experience necessary.
