If your world seems off, you may feel caught in something, that is confusing, possibly contagious to you. It is good idea to talk about it in therapy. How will you navigate the effects of this current environmental influences? It is hard to make sense of it, lately. Don't keep it in your head. We all have doubts, small or big, and they can persist. I will guide you away from self-sabotaging thought patterns. There are a few ways to find your inner strengths again. I work with both individuals and couples Whether addressing long-avoided topics, like financial stress or strengthening communication, or just living your life.
Do you talk to yourself and often put yourself down? Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy we will discover more encouraging self talk. With couples, my work is positive, nurturing and I keep a safe non-blaming space. For tense relationships, I search for resolution to conflicts with mediation. I am a Certified California Mediator. I offer Aetna Insurance.
Every day in some way we have to perform. That's hard. Sport psychology is therapy and can help with motivation, procrastination, goal setting and more. It can be effective for many things, from job interviews to delivering a baby. EMDR is not only for healing past traumas but can change thought patterns. This work is most effective when done in person.
