About
I have years of professional training and experience in psychotherapy and psychoanalysis, working with adolescents, adults and couples. I have a relational/interpersonal approach, focusing on reducing suffering and expanding ways of thinking and feeling. I believe in discovering your own way of living, true to your own values and goals. At the same time, I play an active role in sharing my observations, drawing your attention to things you might have missed, and at times challenging assumptions and ways of being if they are self defeating.
I provide a personal space for self exploration, free from judgement and pressure. I focus on current difficulties that are impeding living more fully, and help to make links with the past to provide meaning and also to allow for more freedom of choices.
I have been in practice for years and have worked with a wide range of people. In addition, I teach, supervise, write and help admininister a psychotherapy institute. I feel skilled at understanding people's difficulties and also helping to uncover hidden and untapped potentials.
