I am an LPCC, who works with adolescents (age 14+), young adults, and adults. I am committed to helping individuals realize their full potential by assisting them in identifying problems in their lives, and how these problems are keeping them from attaining their goals. I work in a collaborative, solution-focused manner, using CBT and other empirically sound techniques, for dealing with life stressors. My techniques are based upon the needs of each individual. In addition to being a psychotherapist, I am a certified yoga and meditation instructor, and I find that this discipline enhances my psychotherapy practice.
I will collaboratively work with you to find methods and techniques appropriate for your individual needs. What we work on will be your agenda, not mine.
