Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially during times of change and uncertainty. Teens and young adults often carry emotional burdens shaped by past experiences that can feel confusing or difficult to articulate. I support individuals during this important stage of life as they navigate complex and transformative challenges. Together, we will explore how your past may be influencing your present, and how different parts of you may be responding to current struggles with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relational conflict, or self-esteem.
My approach is warm and collaborative, focused on creating a space where you feel safe to explore all parts of yourself at your own pace. We may get to know protective parts that work to keep you safe, as well as vulnerable parts that carry pain. I use evidence-based approaches like IFS, Narrative Therapy, ACT, and CBT to support this process.
