Welcome to taking the first step on your healing journey! I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and couples. My passion lies in helping clients of all ages reduce stress, build resilience, and enhance their quality of life through a holistic approach. As a certified yoga teacher, I specialize in nurturing the mind-body connection, offering the option to integrate physical movement with mindfulness exercises to support healing and growth.
I take an open and holistic approach to therapy, drawing from multiple modalities to help regulate emotions, manage anxiety, and cope with past trauma. By blending mindfulness techniques with evidence-based practices like CBT and ACT, I create a warm, supportive space to help foster growth and a safe space to explore any presenting issues.
Through a combination of breathwork, gentle movement, mindfulness, meditation, and more traditional talk therapy, you may be able to access additional pathways to healing. With a compassionate and holistic approach, I strive to empower clients to reconnect with their bodies, alleviate tension, and find balance in their lives.
