With 5 years of experience in the mental health field and a former domestic and sexual violence advocate, I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to address a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, self-doubt and life transitions.
I utilize a client-centered and collaborative approach, tailored to each client’s specific goals for the future. Through mindfulness, somatic work, and evidence-based practices, I help clients develop coping skills, improve self-awareness, and cultivate healthier relationships with themselves and others.
