Hi, I’m Elle – a child and family therapist who specializes in treating trauma, building secure attachments, navigating divorce or family conflict, and managing everyday stressors. Our world is complicated, and it makes sense that you or your child might need a helping hand. Together we will learn skills, process feelings, and use evidence-based care as a way to manage anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD, or other behavioral and mental health concerns.

Whether working with children, families, co-parents, or adults impacted by trauma, my goal is to create a safe space for healing, growth, and positive change. I have certifications in PCIT, EMDR, TF-CBT, and DBT.
