I work with thoughtful, self-aware adults in Chicago and throughout Illinois who have tried therapy before and still feel stuck. Many understand themselves intellectually, yet continue to struggle with loneliness, anxiety, disconnection, or harsh self-criticism. They may notice patterns of self-isolation or difficulty sustaining closeness, and feel frustrated that insight alone hasn't led to lasting change.

I specialize in long-term, depth-oriented psychoanalytic therapy focused on emotional and relational change. This is not brief or skills-based therapy. We meet consistently, usually weekly, and work slowly to create shifts that feel meaningful and sustainable over time.

I offer in-person therapy in Chicago and virtual sessions across Illinois. My practice is self-pay only.
