I learned the importance of authentically meeting people where they're at, expressing emotions, and celebrating any win (no matter how small!) after working at a day treatment center with kids who have autism diagnoses. I like to consider a person in context of their surroundings, and I value a collaborative approach to therapy. Lately, I've been working with eating disorder diagnoses and adolescents, as well as sports teams and athletes, but I am always open to working with any age at any stage of growth!
I take an authentic, direct approach to help clients challenge mental health issues like anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and eating disorders in a safe, casual space. Together we’ll explore a holistic approach to managing mental health, whether you deal with persistent mental illness or nerves before a big game.
I started as a therapy skeptic when a high school sports injury landed me in therapy at 16. Little did I know, it would spark a career! I am passionate about supporting and helping clients through all phases of healing, and would be honored to be a part of your healing journey.
