Are you feeling our collective stress in addition to dealing with your own fears and anxiety? Individuals with a deeply feeling and intuitive nature are really struggling. As a long practicing therapist I have witnessed how Depth work provides lasting confidence and increased emotional resilience. My non-pathologizing relational approach addresses overwhelm by contextualizing your experiences and supporting your strengths. Together- we will expand your emotional capacity and build on your insightful perspective. I believe that your curiosity is a true marker of health. Life is challenging, but you can create a meaning-filled life.
Depth Psychology is interdisciplinary & eclectic- as this Jungian orientation supports individuals through fostering self knowledge, creativity and confidence while simultaneously reducing anxiety. Additionally, my background includes Attachment Theory, Somatic work and Trauma Informed practices. Depth work provides a bridge to your most intuitive Self.
Individual sessions are 50 minutes, but with grief and loss experiences and couples therapy I offer longer session of 1.5 hours. Appointments are weekly in office or via Zoom. I currently have some sliding scale spaces available, so please ask. You do not have to bear the weight of your stress alone- together we can cultivate your resilience and your wisdom.
