I work with people of all ages experiencing OCD, anxiety, depression, and more. My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. I believe that the foundation of meaningful therapeutic work is a trusting relationship. I strive to make therapy a supportive space where clients can feel seen, heard, and understood. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all! I take an individualized and holistic approach, looking at every individual’s unique needs, goals, experiences, background, and culture. I have received training in the evidence-based treatment of ERP for OCD.
Meeting each client where they are, both emotionally and developmentally, is at the heart of my work. I have experience working with youth in educational settings that has given me insight on the feelings, thoughts, and challenges kids and teens experience every day. I am also passionate about providing support for the LGBTQIA+ community.
Whether we're discovering the roots of anxious thoughts, building confidence and self-worth, or unpacking complex questions of identity, my goal is to foster resiliency and help clients discover their own inner strengths.
