Here at Guiding Principles I foster a warm, comfortable, compassionate and nonjudgmental environment, where a client can begin to emotionally unpack their concerns, and leave with specific cognitive behavioral tools to utilize in their everyday lives.

Challenge negative thinking and foster improved overall sense of self-esteem and self worth. Explore how mood impacts self-esteem. Assertiveness in communication skills.
