About
I have a special interest in working with clients going through life transitions such as a significant loss, relationship distress, work stress/retirement, or unexpected changes that causes you to experience stress, anxiety or depression. Life transitions are challenging because they force you to let go of the familiar. Life transitions can be both negative and positive. You can learn to navigate change in a healthy way, allowing you to not only survive difficult situations, but to eventually thrive. I also enjoy working with clients exploring personal growth and the desire to live a life of purpose, happiness and connection.
I specialize in Individual and Relationship Counseling. I tailor my therapeutic techniques to your unique needs. My goal is to help you find new ways of looking at your life, help you work for solutions that work for you, help you gain a better understanding of your goals and values, and find a greater sense of peace in your day-to-day.
If you would like to have more happiness in your life, be more authentically you, believe that your life could be something different...something better, I would like to help you get there. It is very gratifying to work with those who are self-reflective and can gain insight and motivation for personal growth. Please visit my website for more details.
