I’m experienced in working with teenage dating relationships, as well as domestic violence and toxic relationships in adults. I also specialize in trauma and am EMDR trained. I am currently enrolling for women's support group, for women who feel like they are navigating life alone.

Teen Healthy Relationship Group
This adolescent group is an 8-week group developed to teach the participants skills to set boundaries, communicate their feelings respectfully, and identify their own worth in relationships. This group will help adolescents to develop confidence in themselves, and to have healthy and supportive relationships with others.
