While I work with all individuals, I have extensive experience working with adolescents and teens, specifically processing grief and challenging life transitions. I am also vastly trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
I also utilize a Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) lens while processing deeper or more challenging lived experiences. I also have experience using play therapy techniques when working with adolescent individuals. I aim to incorporate techniques and interventions rooted in a strength and person-centered approach.
