I am Ella Bradford, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 33 years of experience. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, abuse, relationship issues, anger management, stress, and other life challenges in adults and seniors. I utilize client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) in my work. I believe that change is a natural part of the life cycle, and I am confident in my ability to support and assist you in finding the motivation to improve your mental health and overall well-being.
I completed my Master's degree in Social Work at Grambling State University. I have worked as a Family Intervention Specialist at BAFB, providing counseling to Airmen, and have also gained experience working in the medical field of social work. My life experiences, along with my professional background, provide me with the insight and guidance to offer care.
