The ideal individual, is someone whose mental health is impairing enough to create motivation for change, who is open to the therapeutic process, and who has (or is willing to build) supportive structures to sustain progress.

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience working with both adolescents and adults as a mental health and substance abuse therapist. I have worked with individuals with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, anger management, and ADHD.

My counseling style is warm and interactive, I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and doesn’t believe in stigmatizing labels. Using a combination of therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy, I will tailor both my dialogue and treatment plan to your unique and specific needs.
